Founded in 2015 by former Ubisoft developers, Quantum Capture is building digital human technologies that are powering the next generation of AI and chatbots.

By fusing together photo-realistic scans of humans, immersive real-time game engine technology, and conversational AI systems like Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, and Google’s Dialogflow, Quantum Capture offers an end-to-end pipeline for embodying chatbots and AI with realistic and expressive avatars. We’ve made this technology available to everyone through our flagship product CTRL Human©; a software development platform aimed at content creators and Enterprise.

Morgan Young

Morgan is an accomplished game and tech executive who has transformed Quantum Capture from a  startup, to an industry leading digital humans company. As CEO, he has led the company through multiple rounds of funding, and has established a trusted level of service for Quantum Capture’s clients.

Craig Alguire

CTO, Co-Founder

Craig Alguire is a Senior technical artist and 3D developer with a passion for emerging technology. As CTO of Quantum Capture, Craig has designed and constructed the company’s state of the art 3D scanning system and virtual humans production pipeline.

Matt McPherson

COO

Matt is a technology entrepreneur and operator, having launched organizations in multiple sectors including healthcare (Infonaut Inc.) and developer tools (Lightning Platform). He brings a depth of experience in business development, financing and strategic planning.

David Wyland

Lead Developer

David has been a programmer, designer, sound designer, and producer in the video game industry since 2005. Dave is Quantum Capture’s Lead Software Engineer, and is responsible for designing and building the company’s virtual human platform.  

Michael Wilson

Lead Designer

Mike is a designer with a passion for virtual reality, and narrative design.  He began his career making AAA games, and found his passion designing story based VR games. Now at QC, Mike lends us his expertise in designing compelling virtual experiences.

Pierre-Luc Lachance

Lead Animator

Pierre-Luc is a 3D animator with fifteen years of experience in motion capture editing. He honed his skills for 12 years in AAA games dev, working with renowned IPs. For the last 3 years, Pierre-Luc has been working at Quantum Capture as a Lead Animator. 45
